Mr. O’Rielly has worked at law firms for over 25 years—including large, medium, and small firms. He began his legal career in Chicago, working at large and small firms in commercial and complex litigation. He later moved to California, continuing to focus on complex litigation as a trial attorney at mid-sized and small law firms. He founded his own law firm in 2007 and grew it into an industry-leading voice and authority on California law firm issues.
